Prague in a day is a real challenge!The Superior Tour of Prague is a great opportunity to get acquainted with all the remarkable sights of the Old Town, the Jewish Quarter and the New Town in their historical context. You will to enjoy the taste of Czech traditional cuisine; the relaxing boat cruise on Vltava River unveils the most romantic spots of Prague like the Lesser Town or Prague Castle from the most unusual angles; then a comfortable tram ride makes it easy to ascend the hill to the Prague Castle.
Superior Tour of Prague starts on the Old Town Square with its unique Astronomical Clock and its Gothic spires, through the maze of narrow streets around, where we do not miss the marvelous St. James Church and medieval customs yard Ungelt, we look into the Jewish traditions and history strolling around the Jewish Ghetto and its monuments - the Jewish Museum, the Old Jewish Cemetery, the Old-New Synagogue still in use, then in the New Town we admire the Estates Theatre where Mozart’s Don Giovanni opera was introduced to the world and discover where exactly was established the Charles University, the oldest one in Central Europe, at Wenceslas Square we witness dramatic year 1968 and the Velvet Revolution in 1989. After a typical Czech lunch served in a nice restaurant, we enjoy our Boat cruise and the magnificent view at the both Vltava riverbanks - Prague Castle crowning the hill above Lesser Town, St. Nicolas Church, a jewel of the Baroque, Charles Bridge, the oldest one in Prague, the National Theatre and much more. After the cruise a short tram ride leads us to the Castle, the real essence of Prague. Your guide takes you through all courtyards, shows you the Old Royal Palace, the Basilica of St. George, the Royal Garden, the Golden Lane and, of course, the astonishing jewel of architecture - St. Vitus Cathedral.
